1. License Grant

Upon purchase, NexForo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the NexForo software on one (1) domain as specified during purchase. Each license key is bound to a single domain and cannot be used on additional domains without purchasing additional licenses.

2. License Types

Yearly License: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Includes all updates and support during the license period. Must be renewed annually to continue receiving updates.

Lifetime License: Valid indefinitely. Includes all future updates and priority support for the lifetime of the product.

3. Trial Period

NexForo offers a 15-day free trial for both localhost and live server environments. After the trial expires, a valid license must be purchased to continue using the software. Domains that exceed the trial period without a license will be blocked.

Due to the digital nature of the product and the availability of a 15-day free trial, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the software during the trial period before purchasing.

6. Support

Licensed users receive email and messaging support. Lifetime license holders receive priority support. Support is provided in English and covers installation, configuration, and bug fixes only.

7. Intellectual Property

NexForo and all associated code, design, and documentation remain the intellectual property of the NexForo team. Your license grants usage rights only — not ownership of the software.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms, including unauthorized redistribution, license key sharing, or tampering with the license validation system.

9. Limitation of Liability

NexForo is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or server downtime.
